She is so gonna regret this...

Right, my sister has told me she aims to lose about a bit of weight, so she can go on holiday in 8 weeks. If my recent record is anything to go by, weight loss is not my strong point, fat loss is. Also, going by what I have been talking about in these blogs, she's going to be exhausted.

So, swimming at least 4 times a week. Gym at least twice. Some boxing. Some jogging. And regular sit ups and leg raises.

Her goals are obviously a lot different to mine. Mine was to gain endurance and strength. Improve my ability to fight. Therefore, I'm going to need a good think.
