Ok, the reason for this is I'm starting to plateau. I work my absolute arse off, doing more exercise than any other time in my life. I eat the food that would be practically alien to me 6 months ago, and I have cut out so many things that I used to love. SO WHY THE HELL AREN'T I LOSING WEIGHT!?
This kind of diet is obviously there to induce some form of misery because I just want to gorge out. Would it make that much of a difference? I used to eat a fatty sandwich every other day, with exercise only about twice a week, with generous helpings of chocolate and sugary drinks. In those days I was the exact same weight as I am now. Me thinks I need to invest in some body fat callipers to keep better tabs on changes. There are obvious muscle improvements, but the new statistic should help me considerably. Time to go shopping =]
