So I thought I would keep a tally of how much I'm doing. This way I can keep an eye on if I am doing more of less each week. The time frame is 12pm on 28/04/2009 to 12pm on 05/05/2009.
Roughly in that time frame I have completed...
5.2 miles of swimming.
5.5 hours in the gym (with 2.2 hours of cardio).
3.3 miles of jogging.
7 hours of martial arts.
Doesn't seem like a lot does it?
