This morning, I woke up, and spent most of my day working my ass off. After taking my resting BPM (59...XD) I went straight down to the swimming baths and hit 66 lengths in an hour, a personal best. Before I could rest, I was over at the gym for 3 x 20 minute sessions of cardio, and 3 sets of weights, again working on the same muscles I have been concentrating on. I feel really good after today, a really good endorphin feeling, and I am really finding my feet with my training.
I should be quite a pain in the arse at my first competition next week.
