Not completely happy about this...
I'm unsure if its to do with not training whilst on holiday. This week I've had 2 conditioning sessions, 3 grappling sessions, 1 wrestling session, 1 kick boxing session and 1 weights session.
I did feel a little deflated when I returned from Cornwall, oh well, next week will hopefully show some better results.
