Right, it's been a good start to the year.
Firstly, I'm still with Helen.... and more will follow on that in the coming weeks =]
Next, I'm now a fully fledged FireFighter with Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service. I'll be working retained at the new Rising Brook station in Stafford come August, as part of Orange Watch. But till then, I'm working occasional shifts at Stafford Station, which starts next week! Eep!
I'm still teaching Grappling on a Monday over at Fighting Fit, and still love choking people unconscious =]
In the next 2 weeks I'll be running Stafford Half Marathon (as long as this PFPS clears up).
It will be in aid of the FireFighters charity, which is also something I'm becoming more involved in. The old brains a fuzzing with ideas on how to raise money for the charity.
Anddddddd when this bike has arrived, I want to take up road cycling as a hobby, as well as fighting, the gym, swimming and running. Sheesh!
