Literally, Hell.
This years biggest competition is in 3 weeks and I've got about 3 kilos to lose to be in a comfortable weight. So I have devised some of the craziest cardio sessions to help me.
I've modified the trusty Hurricane system to try and help. Instead of 2 exercises per set (runs and weights), I've made it 3, and added a functional exercise. Something explosive and fast. So, this is the one I will be trying out tonight.

If that wasn't enough, I'm lucky in Stafford to have access to Stafford Castle. Stafford Castle sits upon a pretty mean hill. Obviously to give Staffordians the advantage in wars of old. Hopefully it'll do the same for me when I add some Hill Sprints to this work out. One of the sides of this hill is nigh on vertical, so it will be less sprint, more scramble. Perfect considering this sport involves me being on all 4s, using all of my body.
